my approach to cultivating health is informed by years spent navigating my own wellbeing, as well as helping clients to define, redefine and optimize their personal relationship to health.

I believe that our health is a dynamic relationship, and therefore, what we need to feel our best is constantly evolving as we shift and change.

my mission is to meet you exactly where you’re at right now, and to provide a simplified path forward that is uniquely tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

as an experienced coach, avid listener, and forever student, I am always exploring new theories, techniques and practices to inform my work. I currently hold a Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, am a Certified Ayurvedic Health Coach from Ayurveda’s World, a 300+ Hour Yoga Certification, including 100+ hours studying Katonah Yoga, and a Mat Pilates instructor, certified through Good Day Academy.
