A personalized approach to feeling your best. Together, we will explore your health history, your current lifestyle, and your goals. Through our work together, you will receive an actionable path forward encompassing diet and nutrition, movement, mindset and other personalized tools. Each program is highly customizable to your every day life. In addition to weekly sessions, clients receive ongoing support via email, text and curated recommendations.
New client packages include an initial 50 minute consult followed 4x or 6x weekly sessions.

Orienting towards better health can be more gratifying, more attainable, and more fun in the presence of others. Group coaching is perfect for colleagues, new parents, couples or families looking to make household changes, or any group looking to improve their health, together.
This 4-week group program creates a container for you and your cohort to learn and grow. Each week includes 1x group session, weekly accountability “challenges” and follow-up resources. As part of the group program, each participant receives a 30 minute 1×1 private coaching session with me to explore your individual goals.

This 75-minute session is a deep dive for anyone who wants to focus on one particular pain point or stressor impeding on your every day life. This session is perfect for anyone navigating dietary changes (ex. going gluten or dairy free), struggling with feeding a family, struggling with blood sugar balance, sleep support, stress management or any other specific issue.
At the end of the session, you will feel calm, confident and prepared with an action plan to move forward. Each session includes follow-up resources and recommendations to further support you.

Let’s move together. Whether you’re new to yoga and/or mat pilates or looking to reconnect with your body, my classes are open to all levels. Each session will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and embodied.
Yoga: 60 minute private session for individuals or groups, conducted virtually.
Mat Pilates: 50 minute private session for individuals or groups, conducted virtually.
